The element (100) has a planar portion (110) with a planar surface at which an energy store cell is attached, and an edge section (120) connected with the planar portion along an edge of the planar portion. Thickness of the edge section is larger than that of the planar portion. Dispatcher apertures (121, 122) are formed in the edge section along x-direction vertical to z-direction. A cooling passage (124) is extended between the dispatcher apertures along z-direction. The cooling passage is connected with the dispatcher apertures.
