The device has orientation elements (9-11) whose rotation axes (1-3) are rotatably connected at the junction of drive units (14-16). The angular positions of orientation elements are defined by linking with orientation of burner holder (12) and tool (18), so that axes of orientation elements is intersected at tool center point. Orientation element has proximal element and the distal element which are movable to each other along perpendicular axis around rotational axes formed on rotatory plane in which the position elements and the countering element are fixed for adjustment. An independent claim is included for method for achieving favorable kinematic properties of symmetrically rotational tool.
