The device has a bag equipment device comprising a receptacle mechanism mounted on a frame of a cart. The bag equipment device includes a rectangular frame formed by two parallel stems (4) connected at ends by two supports in form of arches (1). A stop unit (2) supports a bag, where the stop unit is bent in form of a horse shoe and fixed on a tenon (3). A sleeve with a handle is fixed on an upper support, and a quarter turn button serves as a bolt. The receptacle mechanism is formed by parallel cylindrical bars (8) perpendicularly fixed between rigid longerons (7) to form the frame.
