The part (31) has a fixed hollow shaft (57) that is centered on a longitudinal axis (3) of a turboshaft engine. A supporting ring (91) is arranged with an axis (93) that is approximately parallel with the axis of the turboshaft engine. The supporting ring is arranged with a set of crossing holes that is arranged separately from each other. Each crossing hole defines a passage for a set of routing constraints, and each crossing hole is crossed by one of the routing constraints of the turboshaft engine. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a turboshaft engine (2) a method for assembly of a fixed part of a receiver of a turboshaft engine.
