PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental orthodontic bracket and a dental alloy material excellent in deformation resistance, a metal powder for powder metallurgy capable of easily manufacturing dental components having high proof stress and corrosion resistance, and a manufacturing method for the dental orthodontic bracket.SOLUTION: The dental orthodontic bracket 1 is a member to straighten the teeth by being attached to the teeth and applying a forth by way of an archwire. The dental orthodontic bracket 1 is formed from a sintered body of a metal powder, which comprises Co as a main component, and which also comprises: 26 mass% or more and 35 mass% or less of Cr; 5 mass% or more and 12 mass% or less of Mo; and 0.3 mass% or more and 2.0 mass% or less of Si. A part of the Si is contained as silicon oxide, and the content of the silicon oxide in the Si is preferably 20% or more and 80% or less. It is preferred that 0.09 mas% and more and 0.5 mass% or less of N is contained.
