PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide; a mesoporous silica nanoparticle dispersion solution used for manufacturing mesoporous silica films, which is superior in terms of handleability, levelability, and a uniform film-forming property during a film-forming process; a manufacturing method for the same; a coating liquid using the same; and mesoporous silica films.;SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a dispersion solution involves; preparing a sol of mesoporous silica nanoparticles 10, each being covered by a nonionic surfactant 30 and having fine pores 10a containing a cationic surfactant 20; removing the non-ionic surfactant 30 surrounding the mesoporous silica nanoparticles 10 in the sol, or removing the non-ionic surfactant 30 and the cationic surfactant 20 contained in the fine pores of the mesoporous silica nanoparticles 10; and then isolating the mesoporous silica nanoparticles 10 and dispersing the mesoporous silica nanoparticles 10 in an organic solvent using an ultrasonic dispersion method.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
