PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of uranium 233 having a composition ratio of uranium 233 of 99% or more.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of uranium 233 includes: a neutron irradiation process 10 of nuclear transformation of thorium 232 atom nuclear of 0.1 to 1% of the total number of thorium 232 atom nuclear contained in a thorium aggregate 100 to proto actinium 233 atom nuclear by irradiating neutron to the thorium aggregate 100 consisting of metal thorium or a thorium inclusion; a storage process 20 of thorium aggregate to be irradiated for storing for a period 5 times or more of half life which proto actinium 233 atom nuclear decays to uranium 233 atom nuclear; and a uranium extraction process 30 for extracting uranium 233 from the thorium aggregate 100.
