PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately calculate a feature amount relating to microvibration occurring to a measured object, in any environment for measuring the microvibration.;SOLUTION: A microvibration feature amount calculating device according to the invention comprises: a beat signal acquisition part for radiating a radiation wave with a predetermined frequency to an object associated with microvibration, detecting a reflective wave of the radiation wave reflected by the object, and acquiring a beat signal which has a frequency equivalent to a difference in frequency between the radiation wave and the reflective wave and is output from a doppler sensor outputting the beat signal; a frequency conversion part for converting the acquired beat signal into a frequency domain signal; and a beat signal feature amount calculation part for using the beat signal converted into the frequency domain signal to calculate a beat signal feature amount showing a steep temporal velocity change of the microvibration.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
