PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which enables a user to smartly pay without presenting his or her house card, while taking advantage of the house card.;SOLUTION: A system in a credit card company sends a house card to not a customer but an affiliated store in response to a request for house card issuance from the customer introduced by the affiliated store. On the affiliated store side, a terminal of the affiliated store includes: regular customer visit notification means which receives confirmation of a visit of a customer from visit confirmation means being at least one of clerk's confirmation of the customer, a conversation including a password between the customer and a clerk, authentication of customer's portable terminal ID, biometric authentication of the customer, etc. and notifies clerks in the store of the visit of the customer; and settlement means which uses a house card preserved on the store side to demand payment of the customer on condition that the regular customer visit notification means has notified of the visit of the customer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
