PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power transaction market contract calculation apparatus, an electric power transaction market contract calculation method, and an electric power transaction market contract calculation program capable of further increasing the social benefits while suppressing calculation time, with contract calculation based on the single price auction system being assumed.;SOLUTION: An electric power transaction market contract calculation apparatus 2 comprises: a contract calculation execution unit 32a for calculating the contracted price (P_low) when contract calculation is performed with all selling block bids included on the assumption that all the selling block bids are contracted, and for calculating the contracted price (P_high) when contract calculation is performed with all the selling block bids excluded; and a block bid contract determination unit 32b for adding the selling block bids satisfying the condition: (bidding price)(average value of P_high) to an exclusion commitment group with noncontract of selling block bids committed and the selling block bids satisfying the condition: (bidding price)≤(average value of P_low) to a contract commitment group with contract of selling block bids committed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
