SLUDGE TREATMENT IN METAL AND DIARY INDUSTRY - PROCESSING OF EDIBLES VIA THE GEOCHEMICAL METHOD OF ACTIVE ALUMINIUM SEDIMENTS AND APPLICATION OF THE NANOMECHANICS PRINCIPLES

The method disclosed herein relates to the treatment of sludge in metal and diary industry plants as well as in edibles processing plants with use of industrial minerals mixture. The logic of the process is summarized, first, by the gradual discharge of the sludge with use of natural filters and, then, by the main treatment of the sludge with use and addition of industrial minerals mixtures in aprecise granularity and proportion as well as with addition of composite flocculants and composite aggregates the action of which corresponds to the precise mixtures. An indicative application of the precise methodology is embodied in the treatment of metal industry anodising sludge via an arrangement comprising the following subsidiary sections: 1) sludge entry; 2) container for Ph regulation; 3) HCl container for pH regulation; 4) NaOH container for pH regulation; 5) filtering arrangement; 6) cistern for the main geochemical treatment; 7) silo of active aluminium sediments; 8) multi-electrolyte container; 9) composite flocculant container; 10) filter; 11) mud exit; 12) mud storage space; 13) exit of the treated water.
