According to the invention, the element comprises a material () inside of which there are some cells comprising a gas (), where the cells may be distributed according to the necessities regularly, randomly or according to a certain mathematic law, the cells may have any geometric shape, convex, concave or concave-convex, the cell sizes range between 0.1 μm and 10 cm, the cell separating walls may have any geometric shape and thickness, ranging between 0.1 μm and 10 cm, these cells comprising a powder material () and, in certain cases, material threads (), the element may have, without limiting the generality, a shape of parallelepipedon, cylinder, cylindrical shell, on cylindrical shell sector, in certain cases the element may comprise a number of different materials (), this number being higher than 1.
