MANUFACTURING METHOD OF STONE WARE CLAY CAPABLE OF EXPRESSING POROUS, TEXTURE AND COLOUR OF VOLCANIC SCORIA USING VOLCANIC SCORIA AND STONE WARE CLAY MANUFACTURED BY THE SAME

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a stone ware clay capable of expressing porous, texture, and color of a volcanic scoria using the volcanic scoria; and a stone water clay manufactured by the same. The manufacturing method of a stone ware clay includes: (step 1) mixing a volcanic scoria powder with mud, ball clay, kaolin, and Wollastonite to make a stone ware clay material; (step 2) adjusting a water content of the stone ware clay material to primarily cure the stone ware clay material for 2-3 days; (step 3) agitating and curing the primarily cured stone ware clay material by an auger machine to secondarily cure the stone ware clay material; (step 4) molding the secondarily aged stone ware clay material to make a molded body; (step 5) dehydrating the molded body; (step 6) initially roasting the dehydrated molded body; (step 7) mixing an oak tree material with a volcanic material to make glaze; (step 8) pasting the glaze on the initially roasted molded body; and (step 9) secondly roasting the molded body pasted with the glaze to manufacture a stone ware clay. The volcanic scoria has excellent porous, texture, and color of a volcanic scoria when compared to a rough stone of the volcanic scoria, and is used as an architectural interior/exterior, exterior decoration, and accessory; and has a higher absorption force when compared to a general clay, extensively being used as a dish or a flowerpot using functionality of the volcanic scoria such as a moisture adjustor, an emission of far-infrared ray, blocking electromagnetic wave, a deodorization function, and an antifungal function.
