Disclosed are a method for identifying a blood type using an image, and a method and an apparatus for analyzing human relation per blood type using an SNS. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a virtual blood type judgment and familiarity network tree diagram providing system includes: a terminal which transmits and receives character information including at least one of an input image and a social networking service (SNS) usage data; and a virtual blood type judgment and SNS providing device which receives the character information from the terminal and measures similarity by comparing the input image with a previously stored reference image per blood type, and judges a blood type corresponding to a measured reference image as a virtual blood type by calculating the measured reference image having highest similarity, and provides a familiarity network tree diagram per virtual blood type by calculating familiarity on the basis of SNS service usage frequency between the terminal and the other terminal as providing an SNS service for the terminal.
