The present invention relates to a method of fabricating inorganic/organic hybrid solar cells. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method of fabricating a high efficient solar cell which greatly improves efficiency by using a defect-cured light harvester with a method of coating the surface of a chalcogenide light harvester formed in a porous light electrode by a solution method with a chalcogenide-containing organic material and performing a thermal process.
