The present invention relates to a method for analyzing the economic feasibility and the efficiency of sewerage equipment applying a stench map by predicting stench generation amount. The present invention is provided to predict an installation ratio of stench reducing equipment by applying the stench map which is generated with the stench generation amount generated in sewerage pipes of the sewerage equipment or the like and a GIS, thereby analyzing the economic feasibility and the efficiency; previously preventing stench; making a comfortable city environment; and solving the inconvenience of residents caused by the stench. The present invention relates to the method capable of mapping the stench map by predicting the stench generation amount and analyzing the economic feasibility and the efficiency of the sewerage equipment with the stench map. Provided is the method for analyzing the economic feasibility and the efficiency of the sewerage equipment with the stench map by predicting the stench generation amount comprising a complex dividing step for dividing a complex by determining an applied object area; a septic tank stench generation amount calculating step for calculating the stench generation amount of a septic tank in the applied object area; an inner pipe sediment stench generation amount calculating step for calculating the stench generation amount generated in the sediment in the pipe of the applied object area; a pipe wall biofilm stench generation amount calculating step for calculating the stench generation amount generated in a biofilm in the pipe wall of the sewerage of the applied object area; and an analyzing and evaluating step for analyzing and evaluating the stench generation amount calculated in the stench generation amount calculating steps.
