SURFACE TREATMENT METHOD FOR INTERNAL/EXTERNAL METAL MATERIAL BY COATING ALUMINIUM EQUIAXED STRUCTURE USING CVD PROCESS, AND INTERNAL/EXTERNAL METAL MATERIAL TREATED BY THE SAME
The present invention relates to a surface treatment method for an internal/external metal material forming an aluminum equiaxed structure by using a CVD process and an internal/external metal material surface-treated by same. An aluminum (Al)-based metal thin film is coated onto a surface of the internal/external metal material so as to form a equiaxed structure thin film layer, and then the thin film layer-formed surface is anode oxidization-treated so as to form an anode oxidized coating layer. A pigment is placed and sealed on the anode oxidized coating layer, in which the equiaxed structure is formed to have the thin film by a CVD process. The thin film layer can be uniformly formed in the equiaxed structure even at a temperature of up to 2/3 of a melting point of the aluminum by the CVD process, and thus a thermal deformation of the base material can be prevented, economic advantages can be improved, and manufacturing facility burdens can be reduced.
