The present invention relates to a hydraulic system with a reduced loading/unloading impact and to a method for reducing a loading/unloading impact of the hydraulic system. The hydraulic system according to the present invention comprises: a tank for containing operating fluid; a hydraulic pump for sucking the operating fluid in the tank through a pipe at an entrance side and pressurizing and discharging the same; a hydraulic device connected to the hydraulic pump through a pipe at an exit side and operated by the operating fluid discharged by the hydraulic pump; a servo motor for operating the hydraulic pump; a pressure sensor connected to one side of the pipe at the exit side of the hydraulic pump to measure the pressure of the operating fluid; and a control part for controlling the servo motor according to the pressure of the operating fluid measured by the pressure sensor, wherein the control part controls conditions for operating the hydraulic pump after the point of time for loading/unloading based on the rate of change in pressure right before the time for loading/unloading.
