The present invention relates to a method for designing a logistics and supply chain network, and more specifically to a method for designing a global supply chain network based on the FTA elements, wherein the method comprises the steps of: providing a business model template per FTA stored in a database for a user, and receiving an input of the user who selects a business model template; setting area information on the selected business model template; setting constraints or reference information; applying the selected area information, constraints or reference information in the business model template selected by a user to design a logistics and supply chain network; and comparing and analyzing the designed logistics and supply chain networks to derive an optimized logistics and supply chain network.
