METHOD FOR EVALUATING GRADE OF FOOD ADDITIVES, METHOD FOR ANALYZING INFORMATION INDICATED ON BACK SIDE OF FOOD, AND INTEGRATED SYSTEM OF PERSONALIZED FOOD INFORMATION FOR USER SUCH AS NORMAL PERSON, PATIENT WITH DISEASE, AND ALLERGY PATIENT USING SAME
The present invention relates to an integrated system of a method for recommending and providing personalized food (A3) by using a method for evaluating grades of food additives (A1) and a method for analyzing food (A2). The present invention includes: a step of collecting food additive database; a step of analyzing the collected data; a step of evaluating the grades; a step of calculating stability; a step of analyzing the food using the grades of food additives and information indicated on the back side of the individual food; a step of collecting user personal information; a step of outputting harmful components for each user or hazardous components; and a step of recommending and analyzing the personalized food. According to the present invention, the integrated system provides information about actual usage state and permission for food additives for each country and therefore can improve expertise and objectivity to analyze the food. Moreover, the integrated system induces a proper diet by recommending and analyzing the personalized food. Therefore, the integrated system can prevent diseases and reduce personal medical expenses as a result.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
