摘要
1. Quantum dots of silver sulfide emitting in the near infrared region of the spectrum, characterized in that the quantum dots of silver sulfide contain hydrophilic groups attached to their surface, and the hydrophilic groups are obtained from a mercapto-containing hydrophilic reagent, and the hydrophilic reagent is selected from mercaptoacetic acid, mercaptopropionic acid , cysteine, cysteamine, thioctic acid and ammonium mercaptoacetate, or any combination thereof. 2. A method for producing silver sulfide quantum dots emitting in the near infrared region of the spectrum, characterized in that it includes the following steps: 1) obtaining hydrophobic silver sulfide quantum dots; and 2) carrying out the reaction of hydrophobic silver sulfide quantum dots from step 1) with a stoichiometric or excess mercapto-containing hydrophilic reagent in a polar organic solvent to ensure the attachment of hydrophilic groups to the surface of the quantum dots to obtain hydrophilic silver sulfide quantum dots emitting in the near infrared region of the spectrum; the hydrophilic reagent is selected from mercaptoacetic acid, mercaptopropionic acid, cysteine, cysteamine, thioctic acid and m ammonium ercaptoacetate or any combination thereof. 3. A method for producing silver diode quantum dots emitting in the near infrared region of claim 2, wherein in step 2) the hydrophobic silver diode quantum dots react with a mercapto-containing hydrophilic reagent in a polar organic solvent at a temperature ranging from 2 ° C to 80 ° C, over
