FIELD: aviation.SUBSTANCE: method for determining deformation of a control system of a helicopter rotor in longitudinal control and control of collective pitch of the helicopter rotor involves determination of maximum difference between values of the rotor pitch, which are measured during flight tests and at ground calibration. For that purpose, the main rotor blade setting angles ?, blade flapping angles ?, blade rocking angles ?on one or more blades are determined; linear movements of hoses of the main rotor hub are calculated at different values of angles of collective pitch ?of the main rotor control. Forces are measured on boosters; dependences of deviations of blade setting angles and deviation angles of a swash plate in longitudinal direction ?on rotor pitch ?are determined; ground calibration is performed on a non-loaded control system, including after-booster and rotating control parts. As per the obtained difference ??, a value of deformation from the after-booster part of the control system to the main rotor hub is defined. Difference between the allowable deviation of the control stick along the longitudinal channel and that obtained during the flight is assessed, and then, movement of the control stick is controlled so that stable helicopter movement as to flight speed can be obtained.EFFECT: improving assessment accuracy of deformations in a longitudinal control system.10 dwg
