PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-liquid two-phase flow rate calculation method enabling a flow rate to be measured with high accuracy using a compact device configuration.SOLUTION: A gas-liquid two-phase flow rate calculation method S1 includes: a measurement step S20 of measuring the in-flow passage void ratio and in-flow passage interface velocity of a gas-liquid two-phase flow flowing in a tubular flow passage and including a liquid and a gas, at a prescribed measurement point in a flow passage cross section parallel to the flowing direction of the gas-liquid two-phase flow; a gas-phase flow velocity calculation step S30 of calculating, on the basis of preacquired gas-phase flow velocity distribution, a gas-phase flow velocity using the in-flow passage void ratio and in-flow passage interface velocity measured in the measurement step S20; a liquid-phase flow velocity calculation step S40 of calculating, on the basis of preacquired liquid-phase flow velocity distribution, a liquid-phase flow velocity in the gas-liquid two-phase flow using the gas-phase flow velocity calculated in the gas-phase flow velocity calculation step S30; and a flow rate calculation step S50 of calculating each of the gas and liquid flow rates of the gas-liquid two-phase flow using the calculated gas-phase flow velocity and liquid-phase flow velocity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
