PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information which is highly beneficial for a user.;SOLUTION: A personality information processor includes: a personality mode candidate storage part 161 for registering a personality mode including the personality of a user; a personality mode behavior history storage part 163 for storing each behavior history information related to the behavior of a user performed in each different personality mode by the same user; and a personality mode information processing part 113 for reading the behavior history information corresponding to the predetermined personality mode from the personality mode behavior history storage part 163, and for distributing advertisement information related to the behavior history information.
