PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic power generation output estimation device capable of estimating power generation output of a photovoltaic power generation facility without installing the device in individual users.SOLUTION: A photovoltaic power generation output estimation device 100 estimates photovoltaic power generation output to be power generation output at a predetermined point in a photovoltaic power generation facility for supplying power to a load connected to a power system. The photovoltaic power generation output estimation device includes a power generation output estimation unit 130 that estimates photovoltaic power generation output with solar radiation intensity at the predetermined point and effective power of the power system, in a period that is a period before the predetermined point and within a predetermined range from a culmination altitude with the culmination attitude of the sun as the predetermined point.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
