PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a PZT-based piezoelectric ceramic material capable of maintaining excellent dielectric and piezoelectric properties by forming a stable perovskite crystal structure even through the composition ratio of lead (Pb) positioned at A-sites is less than 1 by adding a metal element having a valence of +5 or +6 to replace B-site elements; and a piezoelectric device using the same.;SOLUTION: A PZT-based piezoelectric ceramic material has an ABO3 perovskite crystal structure, and is represented by the general formula Pbx(ZryTiz)M1-y-zO3, where 0.830≤x≤0.964, 0.43≤y≤0.55 and 0.43≤z≤0.55 are satisfied and M is a metal element having a valence of +5 or +6.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
