PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prediction value computation device, a prediction value computation method, and a prediction value computation program that allow a prediction value of a prescribed index to be quickly obtained.;SOLUTION: A prediction value computation device according to the present application comprises: a computation result storage unit; a reception unit; a computation result acquisition unit; and a prediction unit. The computation result storage unit is configured to preliminarily store a result of one computation of a prediction value computation of a prescribed index, and the reception unit is configured to receive a request. The computation result acquisition unit is configured to acquire one computation result corresponding to the request received by the reception unit from the computation result storage unit.
