PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accident notification system for, when a traffic accident occurs, preventing a secondary collision accident.SOLUTION: The secondary accident prevention system includes: terminal equipment having a GPS navigation function and a function for displaying the traveling and accident state of a vehicle, and for transferring information related to the traveling state of the vehicle via a communication network to a server platform, and for displaying information to be transferred from the server platform on a screen; and the server platform having a function for determining whether or not an accident has occurred by an already set algorithm on the basis of the information related to the traveling state received from the terminal equipment and traffic information, and for transferring the determination result to the other terminal equipment.
