The present invention provides, as a road pavement damage investigation and analysis method, a road pavement damage investigation and analysis system, and the road pavement damage investigation and analysis system comprising: a filming equipment holding unit (10) for filming, provided on the front side of a mobile device unit (20); and a data analysis device (30) and an output device (40) provided inside the mobile device unit (20), wherein the filming equipment holding unit (10) attached to the mobile device unit (20) as a movable type and capable of adding and moving a holder according to the conditions of a subject being investigated comprises: a digital camera (11) formed so as to check a road damage state and check a planar state of a damaged part, as a normal digital camera; a TVS camera (12) for checking defects incapable of being checked with a normal photo by using temperature characteristics and formed so as to check a leaking part, cracks, and cavities; a 3D scanner (13) checking a form of the damage by obtaining three-dimensional data on the damaged part checked by the digital camera (11), obtaining an exact size of a subject being repaired, and utilizing the obtained data as basic data necessary for exactly calculating the quantities to be repaired; a global positioning system (GPS) (14) formed so as to check satellite coordinates relative to a damaged position; and a laser range finder (15) formed so as to check a road condition of a road to be investigated and checking the total uneven portions, gradients, and rough positions of a damaged part.
