Disclosed is a method for an SDN switch to acquire an accurate flow table entry, which is applied to an SDN network. The SDN network comprises an SDN controller and a plurality of SDN switches, wherein the SDN controller communicates with each SDN switch in an in-band communication manner. The method comprises: first, establishing, by a first SDN switch, a reliable connection with an SDN controller; then, based on a packet corresponding to a reliable connection protocol, sending a first control message, and adding path information thereon into the control message; and subsequently, adding, by all SDN switches which receive the first control message, path information thereon into the first control message, so as to enable the last SDN controller to know the whole path, thereby issuing a flow table to the first SDN switch.
