Disclosed is a heat-clearing and dampness-expelling herbal tea prepared by: mixing the following raw materials according to the following parts by mass: 6-10 grams of bupleurum falcatum, 6-12 grams of frangipani, 8-15 grams of folium mori, 5-10 grams of curcuma aromatica, 5-15 grams of wild chrysanthemum, 5-12 grams of ricepaperplant pith, 8-15 grams of eustoma, 5-8 grams of oriental wormwood, 8-12 grams of nepeta cataria, 5-12 grams of kapok, 6-15 grams of saposhnicovia divaricate, 5-10 grams of liquorice and 6-9 grams of periostracum cicada, and decocting and filtrating the above to obtain the herbal tea.
