The auxiliary device for training comprises a collection unit (00), a main control unit (10) and a discharging unit (20), wherein the collection unit (00) is used for collecting electromyographic signals of a specific part of a user in a motion implementation process, and outputting same to the main control unit (10) after amplifying and filtering same; the main control unit (10) is used for determining an optimal electromyographic signal according to the received electromyographic signals, forming a stimulation signal using the optimal electromyographic signal, and outputting the stimulation signal to the discharging unit (20); and the discharging unit (20) is used for forming a stimulation current according to the stimulation signal, and the stimulation current acting on the specific part of the user. By adopting a "collection-stimulation" type electromyographic signal and stimulation signal equivalent closed-loop electromyographic stimulation mode, the motion of a trained object gradually tends to develop in the optimal direction.
