The present invention relates to an eco-friendly pest control agent composition for controlling cucumber powdery mildew and cucumber downy mildew, and a method for manufacturing the same and, more specifically, to a pest control agent composition using a natural product which is prepared by mixing Pinus densiflora rosin having germicidal and antibacterial effects with eucalyptus oil or eugenol, and a method for manufacturing the same. The pest control agent composition using the natural product in accordance with the present invention provides a more effective control effect by being manufactured by adding the eucalyptus oil or eugenol to a conventional pest control agent using rosin which has germicidal and antibacterial effects. In addition, the pest control agent composition using the natural product in accordance with the present invention is prepared without chemicals, thereby solving problems of direct toxicity to plants, residual toxicity, and the like caused by using the conventional germicidal agent containing chemicals.
