The present invention relates to a method for measuring fluid velocity using fluorescent induction particles based on an X-ray particle image velocimetry and, more specifically, to a method for measuring fluid velocity using fluorescent induction particles based on an X-ray particle image velocimetry, capable of precisely measuring fluid velocity by using fluorescent induction particles in a fluid in which position tracking is clear by X-ray irradiation. According to the present invention, a method for measuring fluid velocity comprises the steps of: mixing fluorescent tracking particles representing fluorescence by emitting a wavelength longer than that of an irradiated X-ray with non-fluorescent tracking particles representing diffraction and refraction by the irradiated X-ray, to be hybridized, and introducing the mixture into the fluid; and analyzing the fluorescence represented by conversion from the fluorescent tracking particles into fluorescent induction particles, and a trace represented by the non-fluorescent tracking particles, to measure the velocity of the fluid.
