The present invention relates to a silver nanowire, a method to manufacture the same, and a transparent conductive film including the same and, more specifically, relates to a method to manufacture the silver nanowire, which uses a reduction method by ultraviolet irradiation, controls a reduction speed in accordance with a quantity and time of the ultraviolet irradiation, and controls a diameter and length; and a transparent conductive film including the silver nanowire made by the same method. The method of the present invention comprises: a step of manufacturing a solution containing a silver salt and a capping agent; and a step of manufacturing the silver nanowire by irradiating the solution with ultraviolet light.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
