The present invention relates to a submersion control type crude oil production facility employing a novel concept and a method for managing crude oil production in marginal oil fields by using the same. The crude oil production facility is optimized for characteristics of the marginal oil fields, minimizes influences of environmental loads such as waves in an offshore environment, and enables easy installation and transportation in accordance with production and completion of the production in an oil well. Accordingly, the present invention can significantly reduce costs of a crude oil production facility. According to the present invention, the submersion control type crude oil production platform includes: a crude oil production platform body including the crude oil production facility; a riser means which has an end connected to a side of the crude oil production platform body and the other end connected to a well head of the oil well; a connection and detachment means which detachably couples the riser means and the well head or releases the coupling between the riser means and the well head; a crude oil delivery means which delivers crude oil produced in the crude oil production platform body to a management support vessel in the sea; and a control board which controls operations of the crude oil delivery means and the connection and detachment means.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
