The present invention provides a method to manufacture a galvanized steel sheet with excellent elongation percentage; and a galvanized steel sheet with excellent elongation percentage manufactured by the same, by minimizing a final reduction rate of the elongation percentage of the galvanized steel sheet based on the elongation percentage after a temper rolling process. The method to manufacture the galvanized steel sheet with excellent elongation percentage comprises: a step of pickling a hot rolled steel sheet including 0.10 wt% or less (excluding 0 wt%) of carbon (C), 1.4 wt% or less (excluding 0 wt%) of manganese (Mn), 0.1 wt% or less (excluding 0 wt%) of silicon (Si), 0.10 wt% or less (excluding 0 wt%) of aluminum (Al), 0.01 wt% or less (excluding 0 wt%) of sulfur (S), 0.02 wt% or less (excluding 0 wt%) of phosphorus (P), and the remaining residues consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities; a step of temper rolling the pickled steel sheet; a step of galvanizing the steel sheet after heat treating the temper-rolled steel sheet; and a step of cooling the galvanized steel sheet.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
