An objective of the present invention is to provide a system to monitor safety of the ground, and a related structure which graphically outputs a degree of deformation of a structure to safely measure the structure. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system to monitor safety of the ground and the related structure comprises: a plurality of sensors installed in a structure at specific intervals to measure a degree of deformation of the structure, wherein each of the sensors corresponds to at least one channel; an initial value storing unit to store initial values of the sensors; a sensor value estimation unit to measure sensor values from the sensors; a tracking unit to track the degree of deformation of the structure corresponding to a difference between the measured sensor values and the initial sensor values; and an output unit to output a graphic relatively visualizing an initial shape of the structure and a deformed shape of the structure.
