The present invention relates to a device for adjusting a radiation pattern of a radar antenna. According to the present invention, the device comprises: an array antenna unit including a reception antenna receiving a reflection wave and a transmission antenna discharging a transmission wave, a wavelength of which is ; a radome installed to be spaced apart from the array antenna unit as highly as a predetermined height from the array antenna unit and having a curved inner surface facing the array antenna unit; and an antenna matching unit connected to the array antenna unit and including a phase control unit and a magnitude control unit. In addition, the present invention relates to a radar apparatus for a vehicle. According to the present invention, the radar apparatus includes the radar antenna radiation pattern adjustment device. In addition, the radar apparatus further comprises: an RF module including a transmission MMIC, a reception MMIC and a PLL; and a signal processing unit connected to the RF module to control the same. According to the present invention, an antenna radiation beam utilization area may be maximized, thereby improving antenna performance.
