摘要

The present invention relates to a colorimetric detection method which detects organic mercury including highly addictive and harmful mercury ion (II) and alkyl mercury as a heavy metal using gold nano-particles. According to the present invention, the detection method can detect the concentration of mercury contained in an aqueous solution, waste water, and cooking oil through change in color and thus can measure the concentration of mercury in real time on the ground and can be utilized to simply measure the concentration of mercury.
