The present invention is devised to identify the perception and knowledge about various problems and, following the outbreak of the Ebola virus, help research on the perception about the Ebola virus, utilization of the perception, concerns on personal perception on health, and operation method thereof. The ultimate objective of the present invention is to help manage and protect personal health based on the clear perception and knowledge about diseases and promote healthy lives. In consideration of what kind of information and support are necessary for healthy lives of individuals based on the perception on personal health data, the present invention examines the perception, utilization purpose, concerns, and operation method regarding the Ebola virus. The present invention models the Ebola virus examination method and provides the method and data to enable anyone to utilize the data for health management and examination. By doing so, the present invention aims at encouraging health promotion and management of the public using the data about the Ebola virus achieved by using the own-developed survey questionnaires. In order to resolve the issues, the present invention identifies the health-related behaviors as well as the perception and knowledge about the Ebola virus and provides the base data for understanding on the current health state and the future health.
