The present invention relates to an agitation chamber for evaluating toxicity of nanoparticles, and to a method for evaluating toxicity of nanoparticles. More specifically, the agitation chamber comprises: a cylindrical glass chamber having a filtering net formed in the bottom thereof, and accommodating aquatic organisms; a glass ring including a filtering net disposed in the top of the glass chamber, and fixing the filtering net; and a plate-shaped tube rack having multiple holes formed therein, and enabling the glass chamber to be disposed in the holes. Moreover, the method comprises the steps of: producing a suspension by dispersing nanoparticles in water; culturing aquatic organisms; and adding the aquatic organisms cultured with the nanoparticle suspension in an agitation chamber for evaluating toxicity of nanoparticles, and agitating the chamber.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
