The present invention relates to a three-dimensional maritime seismic wave exploration and, more specifically, to an apparatus and a method for exploring a three-dimensional seismic wave in a nine-channel foldable fixed body small ship, which facilitate transfer, installation, and three-dimensional seismic wave exploration by configuring geophones in a foldable manner such that relative positions of the geophones are fixed. The apparatus for exploring a three-dimensional seismic wave in a foldable fixed body comprises: a seismic wave generating unit which is dragged at a rear side of a small ship; and a geophone unit which is moved to an exploration site, unfolded to be installed, dragged at a rear portion of the seismic wave generating unit, and receives a three-dimensional seismic wave, wherein the geophone unit includes a plurality of buoyancy receiving board units, which are mounted such that at least one geophone unit is positioned underwater on a bottom surface of the buoyancy receiving board unit, and a foldable fixing frame unit which connects the buoyancy receiving board units with one another to be fixed in a buoyancy receiving board unit string whose relative positions are fixed, and which is folded during transfer and unfolded during installation. According to the present invention, the number of required GPS devices are decreased by fixing relative positions of geophones without using a streamer. Also, twisting or irregular spacing of the conventional streamer is solved. Transfer and installation can be simplified by using a foldable fixed body frame and three-dimensional exploration scanning can be easily performed at a narrow area of the sea by easily expanding the geophones. Furthermore, three-dimensional seismic wave exploration can be performed by using a small ship in a narrow area of the sea where large ships cannot sail as well as in a narrow area of the sea where fishing nets and fishing gears exist.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
