Besides, the rotor blade (100) has external enclosure (180) with at least one hole (190) on face and/or rear side to receive manipulators (200) to install or to dismount the rotor blade (100). Besides the rotor blade (100) has at least one fastener (300) to secure the manipulators (200) inserted through at least one hole.
