Method comprises in a group of patients carrying out clinical and laboratory investigations, including determination of blood pressure, body mass index, total cholesterol level of fasting blood glucose capillary blood glucose. Method then includes determining deviation of each of resulting indicators of clinical and laboratory investigation on common values of indicators of disease risk. Method then includes determining timely detected deviation and if derived value is above normal estimated causation of obtained values of clinical-laboratory values with disease and its absence is considered to be deviation of value of timely detected.
