The present invention relates to a method for monitoring of the transactions in a system on a chip comprising at least one of the master module, at least one secondary master module, at least a slave module and a bus connected to each module, the bus comprising the interconnecting means for communicating with a slave module common with at least one master module and with at least one secondary master module, the method comprising the following steps implemented in the course of each transaction between a master module and a slave module common: a start of a counter during an initial detection of a signal from the beginning of the transaction, a waiting for a final detection of a signal of the end of the transaction in a predetermined time interval tmax, a fence of the transaction, if the elapsed time tc from the starting of the counter is greater than the predetermined time interval tmax, and a resetting of the counter.
