PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microorganism that can produce quality fermented feed (silage, fermented TMR feed) even under low-temperature environment, a production technology using the microorganism, and a microorganism and a production technology for producing high-quality fermented feed which effectively utilize low-used/unused feed resources, and technique for reducing a cost and lightening a problem of residual pesticide contained in imported feed by reducing a use ratio of imported feed.;SOLUTION: The problem is solved by newly isolating Lactobacillus curvatus C5127Di strain as lactic acid bacterium that shows excellent low-temperature proliferation property and low temperature fermentation property, and has low auxotrophy and excellent glucide assimilation ability. The inventor found out that quality fermented feed with satisfactory preference can be produced even under low-temperature environment of outside air temperature at 8°C or less by using the lactic acid bacterium as a fermentation starter, and furthermore found out that a used amount of imported feed can be reduced, and completed the present invention.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
