PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform living environment evaluation in which a sense of value to a living environment of a user is reflected.SOLUTION: A living environment evaluation device 10 comprises: a release data acquisition part 22 for acquiring values of plural data items related to a living environment released about each of plural regions; a conversion part 24 for converting the values of plural data items in each of the plural regions into values in a stage in a prescribed value range; a weighting setting part 26 for setting weighting to each of the plural data items on the basis of a weighting setting condition input by a user; an evaluation value calculation part 28 for calculating an evaluation value on evaluation reference, on the basis of the stage values converted by the conversion part 24 about the data items related to a prescribed evaluation reference, and weighting set by the weighting setting part 26, in each of the plural regions; and an output part 36 for outputting evaluation information based on the evaluation value calculated by the evaluation value calculation part 28.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
