PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an urban forestry garden building and a building group in the present invention.;SOLUTION: An urban forestry garden building includes an odd number story for installing a first dwelling unit type and a second dwelling unit type and an even number story for installing a third dwelling unit type and a fourth dwelling unit type, and a first aerial greening veranda of the odd number story corresponding to the first dwelling unit type is installed in the first direction, and a second aerial greening veranda of the odd number story corresponding to the second dwelling unit type is installed in the second direction, and the first aerial greening veranda of the even number story corresponding to the third dwelling unit type is installed in the third direction, and the second aerial greening veranda of the even number story corresponding to the fourth dwelling unit type is installed in the fourth direction, and for strengthening its privacy, only a high window or a side directional opening window is installed on an outer wall surface of an upper story corresponding from the front to the first aerial greening veranda of the odd number story, the second aerial greening veranda of the odd number story, the first aerial greening veranda of the even number story and the second aerial greening veranda of the even number story.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
