PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an estimation device of a sleepiness level which is used for detecting sleepiness in consideration of the fluctuation of blinking due to a factor other than the sleepiness on awakening.SOLUTION: In an estimation device 100 of a sleepiness level, a blinking detection part 5618 detects blinking of a driver from a moving image photographed by a camera 30. A storage device 54 stores the first distribution of the frequency of the time interval of the blinking and levels of sleepiness which are associated beforehand. A sleepiness estimation part 5620 calculates the second distribution of the time interval of the blinking for the driver, and estimates the level of the sleepiness of the driver on the basis of the similarity of the first distribution stored in the storage device 54 and the second distribution.
